Privacy Policy

Data collection

Decempe Measure does not require a user account and does not collect or transmit your PDF documents, images, measurements, calibrations, placed objects, shapes, or other workspace content to Decempe servers.

Imported files and workspace data are stored in the application's private local storage.

Decempe Measure does not use advertising services or track you across other applications or websites. Subscription-related data processing is described below.

Files and sharing

When you import a PDF document or image, Decempe Measure may create a local copy for offline use.

If you choose to export or share a document or image, the data is sent only to the destination or application selected by you through the operating system's sharing features.

Device or operating-system backup services may include locally stored application data according to your device and backup settings.

Purchases

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on the platform where you purchase.

Decempe does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account information. The application may access purchase or subscription status required to enable paid features.

Decempe Measure uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore eligible purchases, manage subscription access, and provide subscription analytics. The application communicates with RevenueCat using an app-specific user identifier, normally generated by its SDK without requiring you to create an account.

RevenueCat processes purchase history and subscription status, store receipts or purchase tokens, and technical information such as device type, operating system, and the time the app last contacted the service. The SDK can contact RevenueCat before a purchase to load offers and check access. Decempe Measure does not send your PDF documents, images, measurements, calibrations, placed objects, shapes, or other workspace content to RevenueCat.

Support

If you contact Decempe for support, information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, diagnostic information, or attachments, may be used to respond to your request and investigate problems.

Data sharing

Decempe does not sell user data and does not share user documents or workspace content with advertisers or data brokers.

Subscription-related information is processed by the applicable app store and RevenueCat as described above, for billing, access management, and subscription analytics.

Data retention and deletion

Documents and workspace data stored by Decempe Measure remain on your device until you delete them, clear the application's data, or uninstall the application, subject to copies retained by your device's backup service.

Support communications may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support or comply with legal obligations.

Deleting local application data or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete records held by the app store or RevenueCat, and does not cancel a subscription. Billing records may be retained to provide subscription services and meet legal obligations. Contact support@decempe.com to request deletion of subscription-related data held through RevenueCat; we may need information to identify the relevant record. Records held by the app store are subject to that store's privacy policy and data-request procedures.

Security

Decempe Measure stores application data using private application storage provided by the operating system. Decempe does not operate a server that stores your documents or workspace data.

Communications with RevenueCat are encrypted in transit.
